We were so lucky to have found these yummy empanadas at the Eumundi markets. We fell in love with the mushroom and spinach ones. We have tried them all since then and have signed up for the monthly box of 10 delivered to our home. Being from the states and from Latin background, it has been hard to find decent food that helps with my homesickness. These are amazing! Easy and tasty dinner we all enjoy and look forward to every month.
