This is so much more than a cemetery site and the Sunshine Coast Council should be ashamed!
This site was the location of Campbellville Township and Sawmill site. The Sawmill, owned by James Campbell, supported 100 employees, with the Township hosting 150 houses, school, and a tavern just down the road towards the mouth of Coochin Creek.
Don't bother asking the people at the Landsborough Museum, National Parks, or the Dpi/Forestry. None have a clue!
