This really is a fantastic gym, the trainers put so much passion and energy into creating a space for members to workout, test their limits but have fun at the same time. A wonderful community of like minded members, you are guaranteed to make some great friends and great memories at this gym (and see some hard earned fitness results!)

We love the supportive community at BFF. The trainers always plan excellent classes with tough workouts that push us to achieve great results. The kids area is very helpful, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to attend most gyms.

Amie is such an encouraging trainer that takes the time to support personal development and walk you through your fitness stepping stones.
