I had a great experience with HLS. Their linens were top-notch quality and incredibly comfortable. The customer service was friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend them for all your hotel linen needs.

We switched to HLS just over 2 years ago as we were having issues with our laundry delivering dirty and damaged linen, or just not delivering on time at all. Running a busy hotel, this is the last thing you need.
Since we changed the quality has been great and the deliveries always correct and on time.

We switched laundry suppliers around 12 months ago and it has been one of the best commercial decisions that we have made. The service is as it is promised and the product is consistently excellent.
Last week one of our guests lost a precious personal item which was under the pillow and was swept up in the full linen change. We contact HLS to notify them of the matter and the response and action taken was nothing short of superb. Each piece of linen was carefully shaken until the item was found, Josh, Harman and the HLS team then organised the item to be delivered back to the hotel on the same day.
