Andrew helped our Twin Cedars Lifestyle Village clean up our Computer Hub, get the Committee organised with email accounts and installed software onto our community computers. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

From day one, they have recommended systems that have scaled easily with us as we grew. When covid lockdowns hit, we already had everything in place for staff to work from home with no adjustment needed.

They have supported our business with advice, systems and support as we now move into digitising all of our data collection. They have been the architects of a network and system that lets us control everything without paying fees to external business software vendors who never seem to do a good job. We are very happy with the outcome.

Total Microsystems helped me remotely with a Gmail issue I was having with my Mac. It was a very unusual issue but the team sorted it out and got me going again without delay. Very professional, good value and prompt service. I will definitely return here if I encounter any IT issue at home.

I had to replace the screen of my MacBook Pro retina as my dog chewed it up. I went to another supplier who tried to replace the screen with a "retina" and both times I had blue and grey/greenish tones. Therefore, I went to Total Microsystems - within 3 days I had my screen replaced with a proper "retina" screen and I was super happy. Much shorter turnaround and less money and super professional. Can only highly recommend these guys!!!!

I had a couple of Giftvouchers - sent from NY and I had a lot of questions of what Scan Disk to get etc. - KANE - working behind the Service desk was very helpful - went out of his way to get what I needed - did not get flustered at all with my e-mails that had the vouchers attached. It is always amazing that you find that in this sometimes hectic world. You should be very happy to have an Employee like that! All your staff is always friendly and cheerful! Total Microsystems have looked after our computer requirements in a very professional manner. The staff have always taken a lot of time to explain the complexity of the type of repairs needed, the cost and their recommendation on what procedure was most cost effective. From our experience over 10 years we have always been totally satisfied; knowing that the same repairs or maintenence at another provider would be far more costly. We have the confidence that if we are not completely satisfied the staff would work out a pleasing solution. Microsystems are excellent at tuning into technophobic clientele, using plain speech to educate the older generation.

These guys have excellent expertise and provide wonderfully helpful and generous customer service. Highly recommended!

these guys are awesome and don't charge like a wounded bull.
my iphone stopped recently and I was told by an apple store there was nothing that could be done for the phone and to save the data it would have to be sent to another place,and would cost me a few hundred dollars.
so I contacted these guys and not only did they save all my data,but they also got the phone going for me which I am still using,all done for less than $100,so yes these guys are very efficient,fast and I totally recommend!!

Best shop for all things techy going around. The level of support and knowledge is No 1. The staff always go above and beyond to help you, no matter what your questions or requirements. We have brought laptops there, had repairs done and brought many accessories from them over the years and honestly will not go anywhere else. We had a PC that was totally stuffed due to viruses and other things and had not been able to use it for a couple of years. The Total Microsystems team got me to bring it in and had it up and running perfectly in no time! this was quite a while ago now and it's still running perfectly to this day.
