Meticulous in ensuring we knew exactly what was currently happening and what was happening next. David is very much a people person, great at finding common ground. He communicates often and took care to let us know what we should expect at each stage of the selling process. David has good local real estate knowledge and guided us on price expectations. He was dedicated to/insistent about securing all the paperwork so there were no nasty surprises or loose ends for buyers to be confident about purchasing. As open for inspections progressed, David kept us informed of numbers of interested groups and the efforts he made to follow up all who requested S.32. At the “pointy end”, that is during sale negotiations with potential buyers, we were grateful that it was David’s responsibility to seal the deal.
