excellent experience with Jenny. If my friend wants to sell an apartment or house, I would definitely recommend her! I'm not able to get back to Australia because of the pandemic and some other issues, Jenny is so kind that she helped me walk through every single step of selling the apartment and stood in my shoes to consider if there were any better options when we encountered some problems. The whole selling process was way quicker than I expected and she helped me bargain a good offer, anyway, she is really professional and polite, and her timely update manner made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. We have rented with MICM for over 6 years now while living in the city and have always received ample amount of support from the agency and the property managers throughout our leasing. MICM has been very good at their service, support, assessing the lease application. Staff and agents are very friendly, hard working, always looking forward to serve their clients and focuses on 100% satisfaction.
I have been with micm as a tenant for 6-7 years, move across 4 properties. All the property managers are good, very professional, response quickly with any queries and resolves any issues quickly.
Recently, I moved out the property in which I was staying for 3 years. Me and my family can explain how much we miss Southbank and community there. We have moved to a near by suburb, but we already miss Southbank a lot.
The property that we were staying was so perfect in kavanagh st for us. We have been taken care by 3 property managers but in 2023, VANESSA BRYANT took over the property and she is nothing less than awesome. We never felt unnoticed or ignored, she was always prompt with any of our queries, issued in the house, she was very quick and resolved all our issues that were pending as well. She was very friendly and very hard working between the tenant and owner. When we moved out, our move our process was so smooth without any delay. We moved out on 17/05 and we have finalised and settled our bonds by 22/05.
I have never experienced such prompt and quick response from other property manager.
I feel that she is going to be an amazing property manager. I also think MICM and tenants are lucky to have her.

We will definitely come back to Southbank ans be party of micm family again.

I had a great experience with MICM and I absolutely want to mention my property manager Maria Jessica - I really doubt I will ever have an agent who will be more approachable and faster to help with anything than she did, and I mean it.

In a few of our brief interactions outside of digital, she was very respectful and kind. I'm very lucky to have had her as my property manager and happy for anyone she will assist in the future.

5 stars for Faith. As a first home buyer, Faith was fantastic to deal with. She’s super responsive, very knowledgeable about the local area, and very experienced in real estate.

Our property manager Ambrose, was very supportive through out our lease period. He was very active on emails and also on calls. It was great having him as our property manager. Also our exit process was quite hassle free and everything was well planned and managed by him. Thankyou once again.
