if you are reading my feedback then you want to know if you can trust GK to is the best commercial real estate agency to handle your needs.
Please read on for the facts and then you decide at the end.
We have asked GK in mid January 23 to find us a god tenant for our Hawthorn shop. They did and the new tenant moved in on 3rd week in February 23. Richard and Laine were our key contact points. Richard and Laine always acted very professionally and trustworthy in all aspects and they have good communication skills. Of course as expected the outcome was very pleasing for us and tenant alike. What they do well ? good listening skills, good communication skills, good local market knowledge. They work with both sides to come up with a Win-Win solution.

We've had Mario Dabo manage a factory unit we own in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne for just on 7 years now and I cannot recommend him and the GK team highly enough. I have something like 100 "tenant-years" of experience as an owner and I can say without a doubt he's the best PM I've come across, with prompt communication and professional manner with both myself and the tenant's representatives. Statements and funds are also passed through without delay every month.

I've found other agents tend to take an adversarial approach to property management given the nature of the industry, but this is not how the modern world works and Mario walks the talk appropriately.

The only negative is his football allegiances but, hey, nobody is perfect.

Gorman Kelly have been managing commercial properties for me for around 5 years & I've always found their service to be second to none. I highly recommend my Managing Agent David Ryan for his communication & proactive approach to looking after my portfolio.

There were a series of very realistic and insightful pre marketing planning sessions, a really beautiful electronic brochure,they were most helpful guiding the final purchaser around the physical building ,and through the 'behind the scenes ' history of the services, maintenance and tenants of the building .
A great sale price !
