A wonderful, clean, well set out Campground. Great BBQ and amenities, including wonderful hot showers. Camp sites are spaced apart with vegetation between sites, giving great privacy. Kangaroos grazed in the evening, and there was an abundant bird life. There are amazing lookouts that you can hike to from the campground. Some you can drive to if you are not up to a hike. . I will go back again!

Really well kept campground with ample space, has an indoor kitchen with gas tops and tables, a comfortable pick for families. Hot showers might make it a good pick for winter camping. Lots of hikes and activities such as a slot Canyon and many caves.

Excellent Nat Park and camp ground facilities. Finally decided to deviate from the direct Canberra to Sydney drive route and visited the park. Beautiful bushland, excellent lookouts, wombat activity everywhere. Two caves which i hope to explore in the future. Gas BBBQ and toilets. Added the park walking map.
No dogs or cats allowed.

Fantastic, awesome, really good. Camp site are level, well drained, with awesome facilities. The campground is in the centre of all the activities. Great outdoor BBQ, indoor kitchen area, flushing toilets, hot shower, better then most campsite you visit. Ranger pops around from time to time and is very helpful. We need to fund these places better

A really great place to camp out for the night. Male & Females toilets and showers, undercover area with gas bbqs and large kitchen for inside cooking. Ample car parking. Great place to bring your friends or family for a quick getaway!

Great campsite with a kitchen and heater in it! The most exciting thing is: You can explore so many holes here! Bring a torch and wear a cap, have an unforgettable experience here. Book early, it's very popular ~ I'll definitely come again ~

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a large area where you can find a more secluded spot for your tent or a bigger patch for a family or friends group camping. Love the fact that there are water refill stations.
Bathrooms are ok, could be cleaner, but I've seen worse. Several BBQ stations and a common kitchen is a nice bonus.
It's a perfect spot to stay if you like hiking, plenty of tracks to choose from.

Quiet bush setting. Plenty of wallabies to see. Excellent facilities for a national park, hot showers and septic toilets. No dogs allowed. Check if open as it will be closed in Dec for wild dog eradication. Lots of walking trails.

Hot showers. Flushing toilets, filtered water system for filling bottles and a huge Camp Kitchen .

All while still feeling like you are just in the middle of the peaceful bush.

Incredibly affordable. With facilities cared for everyday.
The roads are good. My sports car is quite low to the ground and it handled the roads well.

There is a fantastic walk to the river for a swim. Lots of privacy.

The wheel chair access is outstanding. See the photos.

Wheel chair access: is not possible on the walking tracks to lookouts.

The gravel road between the Jerrara lookout and Adams lookout is flat gravel and well maintained. It would definitely be a great one to do in a good hardy wheelchair.

This part was actually my favourite. The lookout walks are completely rocky and you must look where you are going at all times.

On that gravel road I could look up at the flora and fauna and not worry about where my feet were. It was just as beautiful. And had more birds. 😀

It’s summer right now and all the butterflies are mating here. My little site was covered in butterflies all day long. It was beautiful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and cannot recommend it any higher.

Thank you Bungonia 👍

Great campground with plenty of facilities. Sites near the main shower block are busy but if you prefer something a bit more rustic the sites further away are still well serviced withclearly marked sites (most with a picnic table), pit toilets & bbq facilities.

Great campsite and facilities, suitable for all ages and setups. Only downside is no open fires, but it has great hiking trails and views.

A great place to camp. The main attractions are the caves and bushwalks. For safety, please sign in/out in the logbook folder outside the ranger's hut before/after each activity. For caving, it is best to wear overalls over shorts and a T-shirt, and a head torch. Take a spare light source. Many of the more interesting caves require abseiling equipment, and there is foul air (low oxygen levels) in some. For bushwalking, please take plenty of water. The best walk is undocumented: Start on the yellow track, but turn right down Bungonia creek and hop over the rocks for ~30 minutes until you reach "Devil's Pulpit" (a 5m rock column in the middle of the creek bed). To camp, book online before you come. The camp site is best suited to tents. Bring a rake to clear your tent site of sticks and pebbles. There is a kitchen/dining room that can be used for food preparation and washing up. For cooking, there are stoves and outdoor BBQs. Please try to keep the facilities clean for other campers. The kitchen has a few power points where you can plug in a kettle or other appliances, or charge your phone. Phone reception in the campground is patchy, but OK. The toilet block has lovely hot showers (for campers only). You need a park entry ticket for each vehicle for each day. The ticket machines are temperamental and the ranger's hut is seldom staffed, so it is best to buy an annual pass online before you come.

Went here on a Duke of Ed trip. Fantastic scenery, great amenities, and alot of fun. Sadly we didn't get to go on the best track (red track), but I'm hoping to go back to finish it. I really recommend going into the caves, they're fantastic.
