Lady who served me was super helpful & informative. Gave me an awesome deal on my son’s balance bike. This place believes in high quality products and doesn’t settle for average or below on their shelves. Best part - bikes are built by the experts and it was straight in my car from the shop, ready to ride.

I went into Stead Cycles to buy a bike for my 4 year olds birthday the day beforehand.
I had no idea what I was after or what I wanted but the staff were so helpful and bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I needed!

This place is amazing for customer service and range. Whatever you want to know or questions you have they are only too happy to help. I can see why they have such good reviews and have been in business so long. All staff were knowledgeable and passionate from the very start and only to happy to help. When picking up our bikes they were ready and we were shown everything we needed to know. Very happy with prices and assistance. Just can't speak highly enough of Aleshia's friendly customer service and knowedge. Craig was wonderful running us through the bikes on pick up and nothing was a problem for him to ensure we were set up properly. If you need a bike this is the place you must go, you won't be disappointed with service, quality choice and pricing.

What fantastic customer service! Extremely knowledgeable, so friendly, no pressure to buy or add on pitches. Whilst purchasing a bmx, he adjusted everything on the bike for my son, taught him how to take care of his bike and then helped to get it in the car.

I generally do my own repairs on our family's bikes which includes upgrades. The range of spare parts and accessories at stead cycles is unreal. They even had the wheels I needed to get my sons scooter going again. They are pretty much on par with online prices and I get to support a small family business. Definatly worth speaking to the team at stead!

Wow! After visiting 3 other bike shops, Steads Cycles at Beresfield certainly ticked all the boxes. Great range of bikes, make you feel welcome, excellent knowledge on their products, great deals and resonable prices. So happy with my purchase and the service I received today. If you're looking for a bike or information on them, make sure you pop in and see the young lad ( well young at heart lol) named Craig lol. Both he and Elisha were a pleasure to deal with. I visited a couple of other local bike shops, went into Stead cycles and imediatey felt comfortableand there was no pressure to buy. Craig is an knowledgable friendly bloke. returned the following day with the approval from the miniser of finance and bought my first decent mountain bike! Great service. Highly reccomended!!

Brilliant service, selections and at a great price... It's been very diffcult to find a BMX for my son and it literally took me 5 minutes to select a quality Mongoose bike... Couldn't speak my highly about this store

Stead’s cycles are awesome, there staff are very friendly and very helpful, have helped us several times, but just recently my son needed help with his bike, even though the owner was struggling with his own health problems, he went out of his way and worked on my sons bike, will recommend them highly

I have bought 2 mountain bikes and 2 bmx bikes from steads and have had no problems with any of the bikes .
They have friendly staff and will bend over backwards to help you out with anything and won't pressure you into buying something you don't want to buy.I highly recommend this guys I can't fault them .

I came in looking for a red 16" bike for my son. I was quickly tended to and lead to a mongoose and all I can say is this place has the best customer service of anywhere I have ever been. The guy there really knows his bikes and can answer any questions you have. Price is very good compared to some of the other bike shops I've been to. Will be going back there indefinitely
