Super cute burger joint that does the BEST 'The Lot' burger I've had in ages!!!! (It's called Sunny Jane) 🌞 their Millionaire loaded fries are also 👌🏼🔥
Short walk to the water that you can sit or enjoy, or eat there, which also has a relaxed,old skool vibe. 🤍🍀

Great hot spot for locals, super tasty food, chilled vibe, fast service and lovely coffee. Definitely a local treasure to try if you’re in town, the only thing they may need is more tables!

I had the avo on toast and the candied pepitas and whipped feta was awesome! So tasty, thanks guys.

Fantastic burger joint with excellent food served up in a relaxed location. Plenty of coffee and cafe skills on display too. Had the fried chook burger and was really impressed with the flavour, bread, slaw and crispy fried chicken. The eating is messy but the sauces make it amazing. Definately recommend a good sit down for chips, burgers and coffee here.

Cute breakfast/ brunch spot in Brunswick heads. I tried their scrambled bagel and it was great. They also make a pretty good coffee!

A sublime Wednesday morning was had here ~ good vibes and excellent food (thoroughly recommend their cold press juices) loved it!

It's a happening place. Yesterday I had a caramel malted milkshake (yes malted) and was impressed by the place so today I went back for breakfast of scrambled egg muffin and dirty chai. The muffin was a delicious combo of tastes including chilli jam. A little warning about the dirty chai: it's pretty spicy maybe chilli powder. Anyway it's not for the faint hearted. Indoor seating is popular but there's a lot outside too. Reasonable prices, good service and a great atmosphere.

Had a great lunch here at Old Maids, was a Sunday afternoon and the place was pumping, still food was cooked and delivered timely, the staff were super friendly and it was delicious.
Had a custom made burger, and the staff were not only happy to make it, but excited to see it come out.

Taste sensation. We were told anything on the menu could be made vegan - we had the Jerry minus halloumi add mushroom and vegan cheese. By jolly. Delicious! Super friendly service and great coffee to boot. Definitely worth a stop (and revisit) any time of day. This was breakfast but I'm already craving a burger for lunch..

Best place!! Excellent burgers, The only drawback is that the products they sell are expensive, but without a doubt my favorite place full of style, excellent service, delicious food, excellent coffee.

Took a detour by on the drive home to Brissy and holey moley - this is hands down the best burger I’ve ever had! Coffee was on point too. So good forgot to take pics. Do yourself a favour and check them out. Excellent friendly service and atmosphere with amazing food. 10/10.

Been back a few days in a row while on holidays- not disappointed yet.

Even here on xmas 🌲 day after a 🏖 burn - when other places are closed 🚫 which was a 😃 happy find.

5/5 As soon as you walk in you are made to feel welcome. Sure dudes would not look out of place on King Street Newtown and that vibe is chill and music was just epic.

Now the brass tacks

I settled for the Sunny Jane.
Classic Beef, cheese, bacon, egg, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, onion, with housemaid mayo and relish.

Pattie is cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning.

Well constructed and stayed together til the last bite.

Seasoning with hints of rosemary just solid and fresh. Chips were crisp with great crunch.

If I were to describe my experience it would go like this. The night before this morning I was put on the beach with the best people in the world right at prime sunset. But then coming to this cafe for some great waffles was the best thing of all.

I've been enjoying this Bruns gem for 3 years but sadly have to move and wanted to let others know there's no better in Bruns or most of Northern Rivers for food, coffee, chai, juices, smoothies and a variety of treats and service that's well worth the journey.

Their vegan burgers are awesome! Their smoothie bowls are fresh and always hit the spot. They have a great range of drinks and are well priced across the board. I love their extended opening hours which makes them a 'go to' throughout the day or night.

Such a cute cafe! The coffee was delicious and so was the food. If I lived up here It would definitely become my go to.

We absolutely 💯 ❤ love coming here to eat every time we are in the area. Best burgers 🍔 we've ever had. Actually, I would say this is one of the shires best kept secrets. If you love high quality ingredients put together with so much love and care and served by upbeat staff in a chill laid back clean and vibrant environment, you'll love Old Maids.
