Great staff at this store! Has extensive range of denim including cute dresses, Japanese silk tops, cool T-shirts etc. Everything you need.

The owner is a gorgeous human and I spent an hour in the shop trying on jeans and chatting with him :)

He has an amazing understanding of the history of clothes and where they come from - as well as just an amazing collection of clothes!

Great selection and would have bought a bunch of stuff hut the guy super rude. Tool everything off me (I had about 4 pairs of short overalls and was looking at a jacket) asked me if I had oil on my skin, I said I had sunscreen on and he told me he didn't want me trying on. Have left and am only here for an hour or so. I just wanted a jacket. I am wearing a top and only have sunscreen on my arms. It is dry to the touch and not oily at all as it was applied earlier. So fuming as this has never happened before. Won't go back out of principal. Could have simply asked me to use a wipe of it was an issue but literally told me I was not welcome. Rude. Mate you would have made a big sale.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but the man who runs this store is genuinely abhorrent.
I’ve never seen a store owner verbally attack customers like this man did to me and my friends.
Honestly couldn’t tell you much about the selection of items, because this angry little man confronted us before we could even step foot in the door. I did get a chance to look at some of the clothes outside though, and there were some fun pieces but they were all grossly overpriced.
I urge you all to avoid this store. I’m not saying this out of spite, but with a genuine concern for the physical and emotional safety of any potential customers (victims).

Terrible customer service on the Depop online store. Was told negotiable on the price and as someone who has been collecting vintage for 10 years with over 30 pairs of vintage overalls from Australia and America I know what price is fair. I offered a fair offer for the item and it was rejected which was fair enough... then offered similar offers for several other (less unique items) to test my theory and they were rejected to. I then politely asked "are you negotiable on any of your items" which it stated in the store policies that they were open to offers. I asked them if they didn't think it was a fair offer to send a counter offer... I was then told "thankyou and goodbye" and blocked. I feel that a store which cannot communicate to their customers should be ashamed of themselves and should not have a store. If you would like to be treated in a condescending way and refused appropriate communication... feel free to go to this store... if you would like a good customer experience and be treated with respect PLEASE go somewhere else :)

It also seems like the other reviews "the owner is a total pig" match my experience. Do yourself a favour... don't bother.

The horrible little man that runs this store should find another job as he's clearly miserable and not very good at it. Possible the worst customer service ever without being physically assaulted. He also lies in his review responses to make it seem as if he doesn't out of the blue start yelling and being rude, oh but I assure you this isn't the case. Also was looking under the door of the change room to "make sure the clothes weren't getting wrecked"

Was so excited to visit this store but had the worst experience I've ever had.. the owner or manager of this shop (little man with beady eyes) is the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune to come across and seems to find pleasure bringing misery to others. I feel sorry for the poor staff working for this unpleasant little man. Will never be returning to this shop again and would not recommend, there are many other better vintage shops in Byron and surrounds with pleasant staff and items that are not ridiculously over priced. The guy who works or owns this shop is the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve ever come across in customer service. He insulted both my friends, one who was holding a new born baby and swore at them for no good reason. I have never left a bad review but my friend left so upset and in tears, there is absolutely no situation where speaking to someone this way is acceptable. Will NEVER come back to this store again.

Bought a pair of overalls that ripped across the bum the first time I wore them. Fabric was clearly faulty and of poor quality. I got told I was not allowed an exchange, credit or refund. Extremely disappointed in the owners decision to not honour the situation being a frequent customer to this store or even offer an exchange or credit as it was a preloved item that should definitely have lasted more than one wear with a new owner! Won't be shopping here ever again due to the terrible customer service.
