Had the pleasure to hear "Cas" during the Mastering SAP event in Melbourne. The story really inspired me and interestingly it resonated so well with my projects on goals, planning and execution, perseverance, celebrating every small wins during the journey.. the list can go on and on.

I attended a presentation that James put on for the Adelaide EO chapter. It was a captivating story that really held the crowd. James was very generous with his time and took a large amount of questions from the crowd and then he even hung around for some one on one conversation with chapter members after the presentation was over. All in all a great event.

We had been wondering how we can bring all our teams together, and engage them somehow. Ranging in ages from 14 years through to well more experienced in life and across front of house and back of house. James pulled them together perfectly, reading the room and adjusting for ages his Uncharted Ice event was just perfect for what we wanted to achieve. Everyone has been talking about the event for days after, including some use of "if you were in Antarctica" what would you do for some of our immediate problem solving reflecting back to the night. Thanks again James and looking forward to another event already!

I found James' presentation and incredible stories of adventure very inspiring, and also found the management and decision making exercise based on the biggest of these adventures to be really though-provoking and informative. Overall, a great session by a great presenter.
