Burning Mountain Antiques

Burning mountain antique store is a lovely little hole in the wall store with a whimsical atmosphere, and a decent selection of different items ranging from old tools to vintage spoons.
I would describe this place as an antique/junk shop with lots of different shelves and tables of old things to look at, as well as sorted boxes to rummage through which I found rather fun. Prices are decent, and the older man who works there was friendly. Would recommend for a good hour spent looking through old wares.

Fantastic place. Enormous amount of stock and something for everyone. From books and jewellery to unique recycled timber furniture. Definitely worth a visit.

Much bigger than it looks from the highway, you could spend hours there and still find more items.

Very cool place full of knick knacks and beautifully restored timber tables. The person there that day was lovely. Had a fun pair of cockatoos out near the rear shed too.

Amazing place, filled with beautifully restored antique furniture and a bewildering array of bric-a-brac. I was, unfortunately, passing through Wingen and could only spare an hour, but this is the kind of place you could wander around all day. One of the owners and his son were there when I visited, and they were great to talk to and full of information.

Amazing place! Such beautiful handmade furniture and lots of other treasures too. Definitely worth a visit if you're ever in the upper Hunter area.
