Moonee Beach Nature Reserve

Beachside walk is very good.Can visit this place anytime with friends, family, and kids.its a beautiful view of a clean beach .There is a forest walk that must try that walk for the beautiful sea view

We stayed at Canton beach caravan park looking at about 10-15 minute walk to the club for dinner. If you are up that way it is worth while stopping and go have a look at the pink caves. Note you will have to walk over the rocks about 15 minute walk you can only get in there on low tide. We went just after sunrise which was beautiful but worth a look.

Heaven on earth!
I command you to go there (early morning or in late afternoon) when kangourous are all over the place! I counted about 30 of them just around us. It was amazing and very accessible walk for young kids - you can even bring a pram! Views are spectacular!

We saw a couple of grey kangaroos on our walk from the carpark. The views from the cliff tops over the sea were magnificent. Numerous whales doing acrobatic games was incredible. Truly worthwhile.

Lovely easy walk to see if we could see turtles, unfortunately none. Heaps of whales🐳 Path well maintained & easy to use, pram friendly.

One of the nicest spots in the area, we went along headland and some of the local kangaroos chilling out eating grass, waters warm and its almost paradise.

Magic find only 5 minutes off the A1 freeway. Beautiful scenery with plenty of kangaroos about.

Superb nature experience. Easy grade smooth walking paths past wonderful flowering native plants supporting darting new Holland Honeyeaters, grazing cute as anything Eastern Grey Kangaroo's and game local surfers looking for that perfect left break down below. Cost = zero. Benefit = lots. Learn about it all from the fantastic signs near the car park, and walk on the paths right out onto the headland with amazing beach and commanding ocean views north and south. Amazing.

This is such breathtaking walk and a stunning area. We followed the path enjoying extensive views of Moonee Beach and the kangaroos reclining on the grass on the Look At Me Now Headland. They seemed very relaxed as they were enjoying the spectacular views. A lovely area.

Spectacular. Beautiful views, kangaroos everywhere. Perfect place to watch a sunset.
