Little Bay Picnic Area

One of my favourite places in Australia. There are many kangaroos around this place. The facilities are also very nice; BBQ, shower and toilets. Its also a nice place to park your car and go for a hike in the national park. Pro tip: come for sunrise it's beautiful

First time visitors, really great place for picnic catch up, lots of grassed area, watch out for the kangaroos he will help himself to your food if you don't keep vigilant

A great place for a picnic, lots of trees provide shade for a bbq and kangaroos. Wildlife is not shy to come and clean up any food you may have dropped, lots of kangaroos, birds and goannas. With Little Bay beach just a short walk.

Such a cute little beach. Amazingly beautiful. Kangaroos to keep you company. Quintessential Aussie bush beach.

Kangaroo Spot! We saw more than 20. nice little beach.

I walked here following the Monument Trail from the Gaol. Looks like the perfect spot for a picnic. New toilets and undercover picnic tables are great.

Picnic area has been renewed. New shelter shed with multiple picnic settings AND a double plate electric barbecue (free) AND a new toilet block. Beach is a close easy walk but can be wild and rippy. Good spot for beach cricket and boot camp in early mornings. Surfing is variable , better spot is Gap Beach but you need a four wheel drive to get in.
Also don't feed the kangaroos!

Such a lovely spot for a picnic. With a very pretty beach in background, some picnic tables with shelter, bbq area, clean washrooms and lots of roos for your company.

Beautiful quiet and tidy picnic area near the beach with public toilets. Plenty of wildlife to photograph, as well as plenty of feral roosters! 😂

The best place around to have a picnic. Good toilet facilities. BYO water and food. Beach great for exploring. Not safe for swimming here.

This would have to be one of the most picturesque views I have ever seen. Beautiful pinic area which I'm sure would filling up early. Don't be fooled by these inviting waters. I have witness 3 people being swept into the ocean. Stay smart, stay safe!
