Loved it here. Coach/owner is super cool and great at her job. The atmosphere was really cool. Very different layout with the body building and gym area. Great spot

Exceptional facility! It has everything you need from CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman equipment. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

I’ve visited on several occasions now and love the approachable crew, excellent coaches and quality equipment.

Such an epic place to train with something here for everyone :) I am a Brisbane local and compete in strongman. The place is decked out with stand or submit state of the art equipment. Friendly vibe from all the coaches and other members, ill definately be back for more next time I am in the area. Thanks for having me!! x

A well-set up cross fit gym with a great atmosphere and staff that would really look after you! I enjoyed my first cross fit training with Kara, who took me through all the nuances of the exercises we did. She was encouraging and very helpful which made me open to trying the new technique. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Such a great gym and a friendly environment. I was dropping in for a session whilst travelling and high recommend CFAW for everyone. Amazing facilities and the coaches are fantastic.

If you train to be ridiculously good looking to the point that you have to have a second look at somebody in the gym because you thought you seen true love and such perfect aesthetics only to realize it was a mirror...... Then I recommend training here. But don't worry, I know what you’re thinking, "what happens if I see myself in this gym/box?" For that reason there are no mirrors in this training facility.
