Super nice staff! We stayed one night here after spending the day on Maria Island and had dinner just after we checked in.

I’m vegan and the chef made me some special veggie stir fry because there was nothing on the menu that I could have. So A BIG THANK YOU CHEF!
The room was really cosy. The bathroom was really clean, it looks like they recently renovated it. It was nice to be provided some cereal and milk in the fridge for brekkie. And great for bird watching in the morning when you wake up!

Well worth a stop! Beautiful fireplace crackling away greets you out of the cold as well as a few nice locals. Great menu! You can go for the fresh cray, prawns or like us go for the best schnitzel we've had in a long time, and we're holidaying from the mainland. True story! The veggies are wonderfully fresh (as are the flowers on every tables) and French style carrots or go the salad also super fresh. Beautiful staff too. Very helpful with local tips.
Off to bed happy campers. We love Tassie and the friendly locals.

The owners are a couple of grey hair lovely Granny and grandpa.

Fantastic room, very spacious, spotless, great staff. There was even cereal in the room for breakfast. All for a great price. Had a yummy dinner in the hotel which was very reasonably priced. Also got a great bottle of Tassie bubbles from the attached bottle shop. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Was recommend by local caravan park as ideal place to stay. We got second last room. Good size clean and with awesome meals at local motel facilities . Off street parking in frint of room for us ideal before our trip to Maria Island. Local meals on parr if not better than some of Hobart Hotels Motels. Thank uor would definately stay again but longer as staff and fellow guests very friendly.

Free camped out the back with our caravan. Had excellent meals at good prices and friendly staff

We stayed overnight in our caravan in the huge grassed area beside the hotel, plenty of room and nice and quiet.
A nice atmosphere at the hotel for dinner which was delicious and reasonably priced, cold beer and friendly staff.

Great food , followed by great music from the Trawldogs 👌looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed at the free caravan sites at the back of the oub, top place and the food at the pub was fantastic aswell as the publican is a bloody card top man. I would highly recommend staying here bloody great.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is modern and works good. The pub is good place to spent time, the food it's not the best, but they put a lot of food in the plate, and if you are hungry it's a good things. The owner is kind and helpful.

Best pub and motor inn on the East Coast. Clean modern accommodation, great bistro with take away available. Friendly staff. Advertised karaoake and band nights are huge.

What an amazing place! Massive meals, cheap prices and very friendly staff. Absolutely worth a visit if you’re passing by.

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable bed at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful lady at the desk.

Who knew that a local pub would have such lovely motel type rooms. Great for a family with a queensize bed as you walk in the door and at the other end 2 singles.

A surprise find on the highway. A very well appointed motel room. And a beautiful meal in the hotel on premises.
