Once I was able to get in contact with them (the Contact Us options on their site were never replied too), the entire process was fairly straightforward. All my questions were answered, I wasn't made to feel daft with my lack of knowledge & ended up with a great product at a great price. My only issue - communication could be better - website contacts were never replied too & I had to chase up when my order was ready (was advised 2 business days but heard nothing after 5 business days) for pick up.

Very user-friendly website, accurate description of what you're getting, quick delivery - often free - and most of all - a very good laptop. I can tell it's used - the battery is a little tired - but otherwise you wouldn't know it wasn't new. In excellent nick. I buy quite a few computers from Reboot It per year and I have never been disappointed. My last purchase was a mini Dell I7 with 16GB of Ram and a 256GB SSD. What a beautiful computer. Not a speck of dust, not a scratch. USB3 and USB-C, what more could you want. The purchase includes a 1 year warranty. The price? I keep that a secret but I can not complain.

Just wanted to thank Reboot for stellar service. Ordered a newer Macbook Air 2017 for my father. He really only does email and web so really doesnt need all the bells and whistles with a brand new Mac, but old one was 12yrs+ old. Reboot gives him the opportunity to upgrade with a good condition used mac for a lot less but still suit his needs.
The shipping was just as quick ordered sun night arrived thu.

Purchased a Dell Precision 5570 from these guys and it was in absolutely MINT condition at a very competitive price. Refurbished is the way to go.

Staff are wonderful at this location. Would recommend postage, not many amenities for pick up option, especially if your order isn’t ready. Otherwise great!

Refurbished Equipment can be a Good way to help the Environment & Your Hip Pocket. I purchased a HP Monitor for my Security Camara System as my Old one Stopping displaying anything. I didn't want a New One or anything Expensive. Reboot IT popped on Google with Monitors from $59. So I popped in and Left with a Quality Refurbished Monitor.

I've used Reboot-IT for a number of years. Their equipment quality has only once failed them and it was immediately replaced, no quibbles! I strongly recommend them to save you thousands off your equipment needs.

I've purchased several items from Reboot IT and the items have arrived within a few days of purchase and are packed well (to survive Australia Post) I certainly recommend to purchase equipment, the prices are reasonable and you still get a warranty on purchases.

I've purchased a number of items from Reboot-IT over the years (3 laptops, 2 micro-PCs and a couple of older desktops) and never have I been dissapointed with my purchases. The quality, speed and of course the prices are always above and beyond expectations. My most recent purchase, a Lenovo T480 is better than I could have hoped for, thunderbolt with DP, Windows 11 pre-installed and plenty of battery life, and not a scratch or blemish on it at all.

Have purchased several items over the last few years with reboot it and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of Mac and Windows items purchased. The prices are extremely comepetitive to marketplace/ebay and the service and warranties make it a no brainer over other second hand dealers.

Went to pick up item in store. Simple as typing order details into the tablet at reception and then shortly after someone from the warehouse team brings the product to you. There are also computers available to search for other tech products to purchase in store. A great place to buy refurbished electronics, with most that will function just as good or better than a lot of new devices! Quick and convenient service, for sure.

I am very pleased with my refurbished second hand laptop through Reboot IT. It works like a charm and cost a third of the price of a new one. And I'm glad I too am not contributing to bad landfill!
