Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff, location and dining.
We stayed at Osbourne House for our honeymoon and loved the whole experience from the moment we arrived until our departure.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Facilities within the hotel were clean, subtle and added to the ambience of the heritage building.
Staff in the hotel and restaurant were welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local area. My wife and I greatly appreciated their hospitality.
The food was outstanding. Sitting by the fire, enjoying a wine and then dining in the restaurant was a stay highlight.
Thankyou for a lovely time and we will be back!

We came to Osborn House late last year for dinner with family, and both the food and service were amazing. Because of that experience my hubby gave me a spa voucher, which I used today. Maddie was amazing- lovely plus the best massage/facial I've had! Use of facilities afterwards enabled further relaxation. Front of house staff plus restaurant manager so friendly and helpful with dinner booking for another birthday. They really go the extra mile. That combined with the beautiful decor and I can't wait to return.

My partner and I had such an incredible stay, we only wish it could've been longer. The level of service and care that the staff show is second to none. We couldn't have asked for a better break away, the location, interiors and overall ambience really do make Osborn House a little slice of paradise!

Best hotel we stayed at on our Australia trip, especially for its outstanding service. It was raining when we arrived and we were greeted by two staff with umbrellas who took care of the luggage from the car. Food is excellent at the hotel both breakfast and dinner. The estate is amazing with lots of kangaroos and wombats around, a great tennis court, fantastic long pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. The surrounding is wonderful to hike and cycle. The lady from Argentina at the reception took perfectly good care of us during our stay and so did all other staff, many of whom were from South America doing a great job. I can highly recommend staying there.

Osborn House is an absolute haven, a beautiful property set in stunning countryside.
I spent two nights as a solo traveller recharging and resting after a busy/fun Christmas with my son and ahead of a busy work year. A treat of a two night kid free stay just me, myself and I and I couldn’t have picked a better place for my break. This was the perfect place to stop and rest and fully recharge. There are so many lovely things to say about Osborn House but the people and service make it extra special. Everyone is so friendly, very attentive but I felt I had peace and space to just be me … knowing if I needed anything it would be no bother at all.
I loved my Suite (Highlands Suite) with its incredible view - I was treated to a stunning sun set with a lawn full of Roos on my first night - see pics.
Everything has been curated so wonderfully, the rooms are decorated beautifully and with so many lovely touches … but my favourite was the bed, the bedding was dreamy and soft and I felt like I was sleeping between fluffy clouds - heavenly!
If you need some ‘me’ time and a wonderful space to exhale I can’t recommend Osborn House enough. Thank you so much!

Great experience from arrival when the GM of the property greeted me personally. The food, service, massage, outdoor bath it was all amazing. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a weekend away only 1.5 hours from Sydney.

To say that the rooms, service and location were a 10 out of 10 would be an understatement. Honestly, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at including places I’ve stayed overseas. You don’t need to go to Tuscany, you can just go here. The Calile used to be my go to but not any more. The cabins are absolutely incredible and the Instagram doesn’t do the place Justice.

If you look for faults anywhere, you’ll find them. That’s exactly what the other negative reviewers have done, in my opinion. Was every single thing perfect - no, of course not. Is life perfect - no, of course it isn’t! But the team here at Osborn are extraordinary. Service from every single team member was superb, warm, and welcoming. It’s simple though - treat them with respect. The volume of other patrons who treated staff rudely was mind-blowing. You’ve got money, well done. You’re still human. The food was consistently of a high standard. Yes, the food is expensive (as others complained about), but what did you expect at a venue like this? The costs are necessary to maintain the high standards of everything else. It’s a business. Facilities were all fantastic and we enjoyed a truly wonderful spa treatment (heated massage bed was wonderful). All-in-all, a spectacular few days away at a place we cannot wait to return.

Our second time at Osborn House and can highly recommend a stay in one of the forest lodges. This is understated luxury at its best; beautiful meals at Dinah's and George's, lovely pool area, perfectly appointed room with an outdoor bath, and a lovely deck to watch all of the native wildlife each evening.. rabbits, kangaroos, birds. A short walk to Bundanoon where we also recommend lunch and good quality coffee at the Potters Pantry, and dinner at Bottega B.

We recently stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was magical. The staff were all amazingly helpful. The room was gorgeous as were the lobby, library and restaurant. The town is super cute as well. We will be back.

Beautiful gardens, delicious food and drinks, fabulous facilities and incredible views from the bar balcony! You might even spot Steve the kangaroo enjoying some alfresco dining on the lawn of an afternoon. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I went for two days in January and the hotel was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible, food was lovely and the spa was great! We would definitely go back any time we are in Sydney!

I had a wonderful time at the day spa. The room was very clean, and I was able to use the hotel facilities as well. Great service overall. I would definitely recommend this spa and hotel to others.

Just back from a glorious weekend getaway at Osbourne House. A HUGE shout out to Mel and Fiona who made sure our stay was welcoming and simply wonderful from start to finish. A beautiful location, a touch of luxury and more, it was just what we needed. We'll be back we promise! Thank you again :)

Only had the absolute pleasure of staying a single night. What an absolute hidden gem located in the southern highlands of nsw. The room was so tastefully appointed. Nothing was an afterthought. Was greeted like a long-lost friend.

Had the pleasure of dining at George's restaurant. Just an absolute gorgeous setting.

The service was utterly faultless. Credit given to the team.
I decided to have to house made Gnocchi with wild mushrooms and watercress with a side salad of rocquette and parmesan cheese.
It's not often that I get to sit down and enjoy the whole meal. Absolutely devine.
My only regret was that I did not choose to have one of the made in house desserts.

I can not more highly recommend this stunning property for a weekend getaway.

The best 5 star experience I have ever had. I've stay in many 5 star locations around the world. A lot of them don't live up to that 5 star experience, but I can absolutely say that Osborne House is that 5 star experience.

The staff are amazing, attentive and friendly and go that extra mile to accommodate. The location is beautiful, the room fresh and luxurious with an old wood feel.

We stayed in a cabin with an outdoor bath which was a lovely addition.

I could not fault our stay one bit and cannot recommend enough.

The rooms are spacious, and clean, the bed and high quality linen provided guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The location was brilliant and so convenient, and the views were simply breathtaking.

Perfection. From the moment you drive through the gates and greeted by super friendly staff, you know you’re in a special place. The interiors are flawless - nothing has been overlooked. Food and wine were amazing. Our cabin was clean, fully stocked with firewood and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend for couples. Will be back!
