Can't believe what Ms Nancarroow has written. We found exactly the opposite with Martin Hocking. We have used many builders in this area (Camden Haven) and found Martin to be by far the best and fairest. He is meticulous in every detail, his workmanship is second to none and his fees were extremely competitive.We'd be happy for any prospective clients to contact us and view his work.

We recently added an extension to our home. We found Martin to be very friendly, flexible and helpful with advice and design ideas. The end result looks fantastic and the quality is second to none. We will definitely build with Martin again. We highly recommend him to anyone who is considering building.

DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! Avoid avoid avoid. He doesn't build as per plans and ignores contractual responsibilities. We had to go to Fair Trading twice and ended up in court as he tried to overcharge us thousands more than the agreed fixed price. Quality of workmanship is also very poor.
