Wonderful refreshing spot with many lookout areas and a small walking track. Take in the views of Laurieton, Diamond Head and other areas. A must visit if you’re in Port Macquarie, Taree or Camden Haven.

Great spot for a picnic views are amazing. There’s toilets and picnic tables with a decent amount of parking.
The turning into the road leading to the park can be easily missed so keep a lookout for the road sign

Hard hike with loads of steps ( > 800) but the views along the way and at the top are worth the effort.

One of the best views I had ever. The height matters. If you love a scenic view with the beach, town, mountains etc then this is the place to be. Trekking is an option for those who wants to burn the calories by walking all the way up. Takes almost an hour of walking. There is a road as well to drive up to the view points.

Such a beautiful, peaceful lookout. Haven't been there since the fires though but will be back soon to support some of the businesses in the area.

Being a lifelong local, I was stunned to find what exists in Dooragan NP.. Hidden in plain sight. Waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes are literally by the dozen and you can be guaranteed to enjoy complete solace and privacy for your efforts. Subtropical rainforest to rival any I've ever seen anywhere on the planet. Hit me up for a hike some time and see for yourself. Make a bit of effort to explore Dooragan and unlock its treasures as a reward.

Fantastic views of the whole Camden Haven coastline. The perfect place for a bush walk followed by a picnic on the well kept picnic areas. We have been up here hundreds of times and you never get over the panoramic views which take in the coast all the way past Port Macquarie. Viewing platform on the south side which takes on views down to Taree. Highly recommended.

If you are going to make the trip north to Port Macquarie, it will be necessary to take time to make the drive up big brother. Its a spectacular view and a beautiful place to have a picnic and forget to bring you mobile phone.

Beautiful national park on North brother mountain. The lookout on top overlooks laurieton and all the way past Port Macquarie. Personally my favourite lookout in all of Australia, always takes my breath away

North Brother Mountain lookout is well worth the drive on a clear day. Unfortunately for us, there was low cloud. Viewing platforms to the east and south. Great facilities for picnicking.

Spectacular views. Day use only. Very high so can be cooler than expected. Take repellent especially for walking trails.
