Lifesaver! That’s what I think of Nathan at Locktec. He answered my call immediately (on a Saturday), came at the time we’d arranged on the same day (was actually a few minutes early) and did a fabulous job of ensuring that the 3 locks that had all stopped working were repaired and are now working perfectly. He also explained why the locks had failed due to house shift. I’ll sleep soundly tonight. These guys came out to quote and advise on changes to all our locks. Right from the start there was this no drama, can do attitude. We excepted the quote on the day, locks were ordered and installed within the week. It took longer than that for others to return calls. Owen & Jay are very friendly pleasant young men. My 21 year old subaru would not start after being at dog park. RACV could not assist after looking at ignition and trying. They told us to get towed to mechanics or locksmiths. Could not get it towed , so left car overnight at reserve! Local mechanics who we use, recommended this firm. They Looked at car when it arrived and gave us a call. My subaru was stuck right in front of my work place in the middle of the night, I called many lock Smiths and all of them gave my quatations that were over $200, these guys were amazing and life savers, came and spent about 1 hour making sure my car was not damaged in the process of getting my broken key out of the ignition. Very professional and they only charged me $110. Totally recommend them to anyone.
