Dan Murphy's Gilles Plains

Used the Dan Murphy App to order my items. Wanting to take the great specials on offer with me in my interstate trip.

Order ready for pick-up quickly as that was the option I chose.

Returned 10 days later to pick-up my online order as I forgot to collect it before leaving.

When I entered the Gilles plains store to collect my order, I was greeted with exceptional friendliness.

Explained my error and the staff member actually remembered my order and it was still waiting for me.

Luke I think was the staff members name, however, he exhibited excellent customer service.

Exceptional and easy process in ordering through the Dan Murphy App, combined with great service, makes it a pleasure to shop at Dan Murphys Gilles plains.

My daughter in law to be and I went into the store today to look for drinks for their up coming wedding. We spoke to Luke the manager who was absolutely amazing suggesting the new wedding link they have on the website. We are so excited that Dan Murphy’s has this site as we have no idea about quantities. Thank you again Luke for your great service!!!

I do highly recommend this shop for any kind of liquor your home requires: international and local beers, white and red wines, any kind of spirits of your choice. This shop would suit any taste and budget. Please drink responsibility. Do not drink and drive.

I had a great experience from the staff on board today. Strangly I locked out of my car with the key inside while I was in shopping centre car park. My phone was dying ..called RAA. The care was opposite of Dan marphy. I went in asking if they could assist me to get my phone charged. The staff were very friendly and responded immediately running around in search of the suitable charger and I got my phone charged

Good range, good prices and member specials, helpful staff.
Unfortunately they don't seem to stock Asahi Black or Sapporo Black.
Would also be nice if they stocked Newcastle Brown.
In my opinion way too much of Dan's offerings are their "home brand" (made by Pinnacle Drinks, owned by the same parent company, Endeavour Group)

Prices are always excellent. Huge range, don't shop anywhere else for your drinks.

Only complaint is the use of the DM card. Doesn't do anything, you don't get points, win anything etc. For the amount of money we spend, that would be a good feature.

Parking though is a pain. Gilles Plains car park is awful.

Really busy before Xmas but really well organised with plenty of staff, still a good range on Xmas eve and fast friendly service

Always clean and well looked after shop, the staff are always friendly and happy to help and even suggest different drinks 🍸 they are my local and always have great member specials 😀
