Really cute baby gifts, scrapbooking range, candles and soap. Greeting card range also really good!! They used to have VIP Saturdays where you get 50% off Kaiser branded products! Hope they still have those!

An absolute shocker...If the purpose of the staff is to make the customers shopping experience a pleasant one??? In my experience the staff member in the store today "Monday the 6th of June" totally missed the brief.. I understand retail workers have to be security aware in-store, but not at the cost of customers feeling they are been stalked. Also having diplomacy when requiring a bag search is to be expected. To my horror when I pointed this out, I was simply told it was the store policy and not to come back if I didn't like it. Surely they can do better.

Decided to stop by on my way out of Woolworths with my sister. Made to feel very uncomfortable after making a purchase, we were essentially the only people in the store when we saw security pop up. Before leaving security asked the worker if he should check our bags right in front of us. Both clearly stood at the entrance waiting for us to exit so that they could check. The worker was a blonde male, if you’re reading this. As someone who works in retail at least try not to make it so obvious, carrying a shoulder bag to be environmentally friendly does not mean we’re planning to steal! After reading the previous review we are clearly not the only ones to feel like this. Very disappointing.
