Officeworks Gilles Plains

The customer service at Gilles Plains Office Works was second to none!
I called and spoke to Alex about an air-conditioner remote and he put it on hold for me to collect a couple of hours later.
He then served me in store, greeted me with a smile, was very helpful and friendly and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience! Will definitely be doing all of my shopping for technical needs here, very impressed! 😁😁😁

Thanks Thomas. You're a life saver. Damaged my phone 2 days ago (my phone and internet connection), brought new Samsung phone from the Gillies Plains store this morning. But had problems getting through the Gallaxy setup (with no trusted wifi connection). Getting flustered, and took it back to shop for help. Thomas helped me getting the phone up and running. Much appreciated mate :)

Served by a young man, Zane today, bloody legend. Helped me and the wife get a printer for the home office, honestly a lifesaver, was patient and respectful of our lack of tech knowledge.

I'm a regular customer who visits Officeworks Gilles Plains and I forgot to collect my USB on last Saturday after having some printouts from self service machine..two days later I realised that my USB is missing and came back to Officeworks looking for it.. team members Zach and Nick helped me to find my lost USB and they are keeping lost and found items date wise, which I have never noticed in any other place.. I highly recommend Officeworks Gilles Plains to everyone. Cheers!

Just read a negative review about their store manager, but I have to disagree. I've been helped by Amanda in the past, and had exceptional service. In fact, my company only use this store to make all our purchases now because of her attentive attitude toward her customers. I'm guessing this review is from a previous disgruntled staff member. Keep up the great work Amanda and team!

They were very helpful. I needed Soy Candle Wax Flakes. I had to go to the Parafield store

Friendly service. Convenient parking outside. Big space inside with great range of products. From arts, crafts, stationaries, furnitures, and even electronic items like the ipad... I found these Keji big containers for only $6.8.

They have a recycling program as well. You can bring your e-waste (eg:old mobile phones, pens, ink cartridges, and batteries etc...) and put them in the bins outside at the entrance of officeworks.

Super dedicated and understanding staff !!

I called up about 10 minutes from closing and asked if I could run down even though I'd likely be turning up after closing and they were super lovely. There were still other customers being served about 5 minutes after they were closed but they were all working really professionally and politely. I appreciate the team a lot for helping me get my late night felt to make a frog friend!! :)

Perfect place for the office supply run. Open till late, so if you ran out of ink for your printer, you're sure you can get one from here.

Overall great staff in this store. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Abbey exhibits high level of personal relationship with her customers. Calm and organised. Good listening skills and patient with accents.

My husband got served by Julie, he said she was absolutely lovely, professional and well versed on the product - shredder. She made the experience easy considering that we aren’t the best with technology. Office works is lucky to have employees such as Julie.

Always excellent service here. Needed help with a chair replacement and the staff helped me get the old one out of the car and the new one back in. Also drop off works used laser cartridges for recycling.

We usually shop at the Parafield store but we were going past your Gilles Plains store and needed some items so decided to stop in. Your selection was great but your team was far and few between, in all fairness alot of your team were behind the desk serving but that wasn't helpful as I needed assistance with a laptop. We were able to find a young man who had just come out of your store room moving a ladder (I assume he was in the middle of a task) but we had been waiting awhile so decided to interrupt him and ask for assistance so we could continue with our day. At this point, we had been waiting awhile to find some help, so what happened from here would either make our shopping experience a positive one or ruin it completely. The team member was super helpful and assisted us with getting the laptop, he also offered the other customers assistance if they knew which laptop they wanted yet, but they were still browsing. He went and got our laptop and the headphones we wanted from the back area, then directed us to the counter where he served us and finalised our transaction. Will definitely shop at this location more often due to the exceptional customer service we received from your team member Angus. Thank you Angus!

Good place to get things

First of I like the new location, just not how the car park works if you turn off N.E Road before Wandana Ave. You have to drive the whole way around as you cannot enter the car park. I walked into the store same consistant layout as the other stores. Does have better self printing facilities than parafield store. I was looking for Epson Eco Tank spoke to a young lad who was off loading a pallet. He was happy to help me. Asked him a few questions found the answer for me and even offered to carry it to the counter for me. Got to the register it was a good experience there as well. Very helpful staff.
