Your typical OTR. Helpful, friendly staff. Good for fuel and food if you're hungry. This OTR has a car wash.

Was cheap fuel today

To the first staff person who was rude because I needed the toilet... and was buying diesel too... learn better customer service!
To the other guy (with glasses) who told me where it was, thank you, you are awesome and helpful. Not rude like the other staff member in today!

There is no shampoo or anything in the happy car wash just water ..wastage pf money..

Worst auto car wash ever. Check the pics. And that was a deluxe wash, lucky I didn’t waste more money with the premium one

No one opens the door rang millions time waited twice for 5 mins still no response.

Went in store to order a Grande coffee no sugar and I might as well got a cup of iced coffee. It was disgusting to taste. So when I went to work ,I called the store and left a message with my details for the store to rung me up. No answer so far 3 hours later, so I called them back still no answer. It's the worse service I ever encountered. I think some OTR STORES ARE SLIPPING BACK , SOME OF THE BATHROOMS ARE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. So let's see how long OTR Holden Hill North store is going to take to answer.

Marco gave the worst service, we use a corporate card that failed. And said we would go get another card. He claimed he would treat is a a petrol drive of. Giving us no other options were in a brand new Audi, and treating us like we where trying to steal!
