This was such a pleasant interaction. The young fellow, (I want to say, Harry) was very professional, upfront and clear with his assistance and answers to my questions. As was the senior staff member (a young woman) who came to assist when Harry indicated he wasn't certain about a particular aspect of the issue with the battery.

Fantastic customer service provided by a young lad this afternoon.
I had purchased a product that I couldn't make work on my car, and went to exchange it (wiper rubbers). He came out to my car with me, and verified they were the right product for my car, then changed one for me and showed me how to do it.

Popped in to SCA in Gawler to pick up a gift card. Simon was so welcoming, helpful and friendly and he showed me the options....there were a few!
We also purchase some batteries that were on special for all the grandkid's Christmas toys. He assured us the price was less than at nearby discount store....and he was right!
It is always a pleasure to shop at SCA.

So long story short. I ordered a part online when i should have just rang up to order as it was a special order in. (my fault) The part was still not here after 6 weeks. I was advised by Peta that it should be in in another few weeks. I got grumpy (even though was not her fault) I rang up to cancel my order. Peta offered a solution to my problem and the next day I had the part which she organised through her contacts. She even rang the competition to try and get from them. It is nice to see that someone actually thinks outside the box and doesn't just go oh well here's your money back. She wanted to ensure that I was happy. The service I received from Peta was OUTSTANDING. She went over and above to make sure I received the part I needed (which was for my daughters birthday) Peta is a credit to her company! Thankyou to Peta and I apologise once again. One happy customer! I hope Peta gets the recognition she deserves. :)
