Please don’t believe in the previous false review- the staff and Dr Lock went out of their way to accommodate Jarch’s needs who was heading to Thailand for retirement due to the cost of living in Oz and they certainly did not charge exorbitant prices, only the standard price you would expect to pay in Australia. He was offered a review which he didn’t accept even though he was still in Launceston because there was no problem. I know because the receptionist was speaking to him when I stood next to her. We could only wish him well. Dr Lock is an excellent dentist who is honest, ethical and kind and I highly recommend him.

Conveniently located dental practice with friendly staff and onsite car parking

Friendly staff, but charged exorbitant prices for relatively simple procedure; then discovered later that pieces chipped off my natural teeth during this treatment, and also my metallic denture now seems to be warped out of shape slightly during handling by this dentist, and the fit is less than ideal. Look at other options in the area, go elsewhere if possible
