Eastern Shore Doctors Lauderdale

I've been going to Eastern shore Doctor's for many years,
The last couple of years I've been seeing Dr Ekins, who is very kind, caring and actually listens to me. As a patient I've full confidence in him.

I’m 55 years of age and experienced indifferent visits to the Doctors over my time but from Dr Tobias and reception my latest visit at Eastern Shore Doctors was exceptional! Friendly, curtious and in depth! Thank you 😘

Minimal waiting time for appointment. Doctor was personable and friendly. He was also attentive and responsive to concerns. Very satisfied with appointment and follow up.

Dr Chang was patient and thorough with my two unwell and anxious children. Reception were very helpful and supportive also.

My visit with my Doctour Cath Jenneret is always more than satisfactory. She give you her time experiance never rushes answers all questions brilliant doctour /person. . Had to have injection nurse great kind I didn't feel it. All staff kind caring have been going there for many years

Very good experience. Have been a patient at this practice for well over 25 years. Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff are all very professional,friendly and easy to talk to.

I saw a different Doc this morning and I found him to be very interested in my well being. My normal Doc wasn't available so I decided to see a different one. I have been going to the Lauderdale Surgery for 10/15 years, before that the Bellerive Surgery. I have not had any problems with the staff

Very friendly people to deal with. My doctor is the best easy to talk to always a smile I only go about 6 monthly but he remembers my daughters and my new grand daughter great chats.

I had a good experience. I was greeted politely & professionally, seen promptly & had an issue picked up on by the doctor that I hadn't thought to ask about. This new issue is being seen to directly, as well as the original reason for going. I'm impressed.

Dr Sally was fabulous, very thorough and professional but easy to discuss things with. However whenever I ring up the clinic I get put on hold and sometimes have to wait 5 minutes before I can speak to anyone, so I assume they are busy, but today when I sat in the Lauderdale Clinic, the phone rang and was answered quickly, the caller was then only asked if they could be put on hold. Then the receptionist just went on gas bagging to her colleagues. Why didn’t she tend to that call, why are people being put on hold when there were obviously staff to attend these calls. I find and have found it very frustrating. Don’t put me in hold if you are not busy.

I had various health concerns to raise with the Dr & he covered all. Very professional experience, in a friendly manner.

Our two girls went in for their flu shots today. Always a great experience here, kids are always well looked after and put at ease by the lovely nurses. Dr Toby Ekins is great with the kids.

I have been attending the Lauderdale clinic for 30+ years since we arrived from Devonport in 92. The staff, including doctors nurses and admin have always been great to deal with and have also been empathetic Regardless of the circumstances that were at the time. Thanks for everything from myself and family.
