We enjoyed a wonderful mother's day lunch at Lobethal Road Wines in their new dining room. The service was very welcoming and friendly, the food and wine were perfect, and the ambience was relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Lobethal Road Wines and will certainly be back in the future. I cannot recommend this winery enough!

Gorgeous weather made for the start to a beautiful day at lobethal road winery. Easy to make a long lunch with great spot, exquisite food, crisp,fruity and delicious wines. Food presentation and service was second to none. Amazing day out. Definitely a place to come back to.

This little boutique winery is a gem. We took the lunch option and chose 5 options to share and they were all beautifully presented, fresh - some food from their own gardens - and delicious. If you can't decide on a wine the option of a little taste was given and appreciated. The wine was lovely. Staff were welcoming, courteous, clever and charming. Do give it a try!

Last Saturday we had the most memorable lunch at Lobethal Rd Winery . We have had several fabulous meals there but this one even surpassed the others. Seven people and not a single solitary complaint about anything. Absolutely superb meal, thank you Inga and your team for the beautiful food and wonderful service.

Lunch today at this beautiful atmospheric winery.. seated under the blossoming trees we sipped on Pinot Gris and Rose whilst eating the carefully considered, delicious lunch prepared by the chef. Honestly, we were all so impressed by such quality food and wine. We will be back when we get the chance to return.

By far the nicest experience during our several days in the hills. Sunday set menu lunch was fantastic, every dish just so well done, chef deserves a big thanks.

Wines were all great with several really hitting the mark. First time I've ever felt the need to sign up to a wine subscription so will get to continue to enjoy their wines and remember a great experience.

Only regret was that we didn't get a chance to meet the residence winery dog. He sounds like a good boy.

Way above an expectation of a cellar door of this size - no dull cheese plates found here - Adelaide hills wine region is packed full of pizza and cheese, all have their place but if you’re looking for a culinary experience - you’ll get it here.
( get them on a quiet day and it’ll be hand delivered by the chef)

Delicious and interesting menu of perfectly cooked, well thought out yummy things to eat. Not a single mediocre thing in sight. If anything, I would say it’s too cheap- not often you can be so well fed for such a reasonable price. I’m telling everyone I know to go. It’s more than a safe bet.

Sensational! Had lunch there today and what a privilege it was! Awesome value for money, the food was sensational. Pretty much the best feed we’ve had in a long time. Service was fantastic too and the wines are bloody awesome! What a great place. We will be back!

Had a very good time. We had the cellar door to ourselves at 11.30am. The small plates were terrific especially the chicken liver parfait...I would go back just for that. We got a 15 percent discount on our half dozen bottle purchase for doing the wine tasting and small plate lunch. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and attentive.

Lovely outdoor dining space. The food was delicious and they specially made me a yummy gluten free dessert. Prompt service and wait staff were very attentive. I would definitely go again. I don't drink so couldn't comment on the wines except to say my friends enjoyed them.

We had a brilliant lunch at Lobethal Rd winery on Easter Sunday. Such an unpretentious winery experience, with really lovely and thoughtful service, delicious food, brilliant wines. The outdoor dining area is rare for its unembellished natural beauty. No mega bucks thrown at it like other mega places, just lots of obvious love and care. A must visit if you’re in the hills.

Wonderful cellar door experience while visiting the Hills. All of the wines are great, but the Chardonnay and Shiraz ‘Bacchant’ labels definitely steal the show. Will definitely purchase wines regularly and looking forward to tasting future vintages!

Food and service is one of the best in the Adelaide hills. The Chef is talented and packs so much flavor in all the dishes. I will definitely visit again.

I have eaten here a few times and the food, wine and staff are fantastic. We chose the feed me option on the menu this time. Chef is to be commended. The food was so delicious. Loved every dish. Will be back again.
