The Lobethal Hotel

This was an amazing family experience. The meals were good, but the service was amazing. The friendliest staff I've ever seen. A true country pub.

Awesome service. Very busy and we were told upon ordering we would have to wait. Meal took a while but got a free beer to pass the time. Thanks heaps guys. Meal was yummy and worth the wait.

Came here on the Easter weekend for lunch. Unfortunately for them it wasn't busy, which was a surprise as the food was fresh, hot and fast! I was super impressed by our visit and we will definitely be coming back again

Fast and efficient service. Had the butterfish which had thin fresh batter, more generous salad than most pubs and just the right amount of chips (as in not huge by most places). We live 5 mins away and will definitely be back!

7 of us arrived without a booking during the Lights of Lobethal event, hoping for a table and to our delight the staff were accomodating, moving tables to enable us to have a meal. The service was fantastic and the food was awesome. Large serves, tasty and well priced (cheaper than other hotels in surrounding townships). My fish was light and crispy, the salad was well dressed and the chips were piping hot and seasoned well. So pleased we decided last minute to try our luck, we will definately be back.

Arrived on a hot summers day, air con was on. Played some pool and the staff was very accommodating and their efforts were faultless. Great country pub. Look forward to coming back in the future

I’ve always had a lovely meal at the Loby. They’re reasonably priced, clean and the staff are friendly.

Great lunch friendly staff

Had a few schnitzels and drinks here for a mid week lunch, service was friendly and the food was out to us within 10 minutes of getting there which was amazing. The beef schnitzel was perfect, very well cooked and not chewy what so ever. Will be back :)

Excellent food and service

This pub goes beyond the boundaries of just been a local - the warm, inviting atmosphere of the front bar backed up by a bistro that serves hearty, just like mum used to make meals with outstanding specials de jour makes this Hotel a credit to its owner Tim and his lovely wife. Reasonably priced for both food and booze, but worth the stop for the friendly, customer orientated team of staff that greet you with a smile every, single time.
