As frustrating as night window service at petrol stations normal are, Abhi is always extremely helpful with my decision making on chocolate late at night. He’s very assertive with keeping himself and customers safe seeing him handle difficult customers in the late/early hours of the morning. It’s becoming more and more rare to see employees in customer service working night shifts to maintain such a happy positive attitude. Keep up the good work!

At approx 9:00pm on 26/032018, I attended the store. I was warmly greeted by a friendly female attendant who assisted me in identifying the correct headlamp for my vehicle, completing the transaction (with some confectionery) and then assisted me with fitting it to my vehicle so I could continue on my journey safely. This is what makes the difference between a service station and a petrol station. She was so lovely and helpful I wanted to let you know it was a pleasure to visit your store and she deserves the feedback and gratitude I am sending. Please congratulate her for a job well done.

I don't know how some of the workers put up with the rude customers that come in complaining about the price of fuel.
Is it possible certain members of the public believe that a service station attendant arrives for their work shift and inputs random digits to charge fuel at?!

One of my coffee stop. Know most of the staff and love going there for May shopping reason. Well done guys.
