They say all feedback is a gift, but misdirected is just whinging and more telling about the reviewer's lack of insight into their part. Communication and interaction involves both parties. Singling out an individual store as giving poor service when you're DELIVERY order has gone wrong is like reviewing David Jones Rundle Mall for the pants you ordered via Catch of the Day or eBay. And why wouldn't you follow it up via the way you ordered it?!? Resolution out of a magic hat? 🐰

Came in unsure of what to buy because of the variety of different wines from so many regions of Australia. So Jeff the store attendant came over and offered some suggestions which helped us come to a decision. Great customer service will shop their again.
