The supermarket is well stocked with every thing that you might need. Ashley and Karen also look after the campground the facilities are old but clean with plans for future improvements. We stayed for two nights and had a great time after being a bit wary on the way in.

I was a bit unsure when I first arrived but as soon as I went into the supermarket and found how friendly and helpful they were...I felt much better. Facilities are far superior to many premium caravan sites. Powered sites here were cheaper her than any unpowered site we have come across. Plenty of history in this little town too. I recommend a visit.

Went there to the takeaway shop for dinner and got a Hamburger and some baked potatoes. Potatoes were delicious.

Beschilderung für den Campingplatz war sehr sehr alt, teilweise kaum mehr zu erkennen. Beim Ankommen im Dorf wussten wir nicht wo wir hinfahren sollen. Wir gingen in die Tankstelle und fragten dort nach, dort war uns sehr unwohl und wurde nur knapp geantwortet. Als wir am Campingplatz ankamen sind wir sehr erschrocken, er war mit großen Hinweisschildern und Stacheldrahtzaun umgeben. Kein einziges Auto stand dort. Wir hatten zuvor online gebucht und sind jetzt 30$ ärmer. Sehr armselig, dass man online buchen kann, obwohl es so scheint dass man dort seit Jahren nicht mehr übernachten kann. Sind dann letztendlich doch bis nach Alice Springs weiterfahren, weil wir die Nacht nur mit sehr viel Angst verbracht hätten.
Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel, leider kann man nicht null vergeben...
