Very happy with my online shopping experience with Dear Lyla Renmark :) When I needed an update from the store owner about the shipping progress (as I didn’t receive the auto-email with my tracking number due to an issue with the automated email not sending) I received a reply advising of my tracking number and apologising for the delay in getting it, which I greatly appreciated as I felt the owner was being very helpful and making every attempt to provide the best customer service. My order took about a week to arrive which I consider to be very quick and it was beautifully wrapped, like opening a gift! It also came with a business card with a sweet message on it and a discount code for next purchase. Now that I have discovered this beautiful store I will be keeping an eye on future clothing they stock next time I need more clothing items :)

I sent an email to this online shop regarding a dress that I had purchased that had minimal wear but had started to fall apart.
I am yet to receive a response from the shop, this has been several weeks. Poor customer service.
