Great range, reasonable prices, friendly staff, great location

I love the shopping so great lots of stuff. Check out girls really great. The only problem that I have had asking about the goods what you're buying when you want to know information about the product that you're going to buy person who is supposed to help you I found pretty rough like but he didn't really.

I can't say enough good about this particular Big W. Everything I've always needed has been there, it's always really tidy which I find very inviting and since Covid 19, they have always made sure that they're sanitizers are full, which is different to the entry, as you walk into the plaza🤔 so I'm always grateful when I get there that I can use the sanitiser along with wet ones which I use on the trolley, but apart from that, they have really lovely staff, and I would say at least four of them, not only remember me, but ask me how my renovations are going at home, which is pretty impressive considering it's a big place with a lot of people. The greeting at the door is always pleasant and enjoyable so thanks guys see you soon

Went to Big W and received good service at the Photo Lab. Also Woolworths, very nicely set out. There was only a short wait for Check Out. Well stocked, presented clearly, & prices quite clearly seen.

I enjoy shopping at BIG W; it usually has most of the products I'm looking for and if not, then the friendly staff are glad to order it in. There's always products at reduced prices and lots of specials during the year. All in all, a great shopping experience!

A big shout out to nick ( front end ) going over and beyond out of work hours to find out if a book was in stock . After being told by a fellow employee they had all gone .
