I loved the layout and presentation, positive vibes from volunteers and great signage which prefers to use voluptuous over the usual 'plus size' label. A really exceptional experience. Thanks, I'll be back,

Fantastic range of quality clothing (no Millers or Target stuff here), jewellery, shoes, scarves, bags and some household goods in a fun, bright shop with helpful, friendly staff and great music. I am a regular customer.

Such a wonderful staff and marvellous people ,
The initiative of LCC is given full justice here. You won't even feel like the materials are old and the screening is great to deliver only the most suitable products

Where’s the opportunity?
There’s none! This needs to be rebranded as antique store as the prices do match the word “opportunity store” because of their prices the same stuff sits on their shelves not purchased.
It’s annoying, whoever prices their stock, common guys! This isn’t antique road show!

Op Shop? More like scam people out of their money shop. Prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Set of LOTR books for $110! You can find the exact same set on eBay for half that price and actually in good condition. Multiple items in store that are priced above the BRAND NEW retail price also - the heck? Avoid at all costs, don't support an organisation that is clearly out to get your money and don't care about people that are struggling and need to find second hand items to live - as I thought that was the purpose of an op shop.

I have vision issues so when I purchased a vintage coffee maker I couldn’t read what’s on the tag so asked the staff if it’s in working condition. She said it works fine. When I brought it to my sister as a gift she read that tag says it’s not in working condition. I went in to explain served by lady named Julie who’s immediate reaction was to raise her voice humiliating me saying why wouldn’t I read it…when I explained my poor eyesight and asked if refund is possible and that I spoke to someone she continued to repeat herself raising her voice and scoffing. This is discriminatory to vision impaired and those who can’t read English well. She spoke to the manager said I can get a credit note. Julie then followed me around the store as if she thought I would steal something. She then started whispering to another staff while gesturing to me and my family. For a Lutheran organisation she was not very Christian like. She gave us a credit note and when my sister firmly stated the issue with giving misinformation to customers staff member Julie complained the problem with volunteers. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone with so many op shops on the same st no reason to go in here for rude incompetent staff who lives a power trip and to humiliate customers.

This is not an op shop. It’s a boutique gift shop which sells clothes.
The prices are horrendously expensive for what they are marketing their store to be.
I get a Myers vibe in this shop and feel that Myers would be cheaper with their products.
I saw a DVD for $18, ridiculous.
The clothes are second hand and way over priced.
Obviously not many people come here and that justifies my review.
Poor effort.

Shockingly overpriced goods. Can buy about half the price brand new. Exploitation of the true nature of op shops. I'm actually shocked how expensive it is here.
