the store is probably the BEST African store in all of south Australia. the service, products and overall atmosphere is so welcoming and joyful. would recommend to anyone looking for African hair & hair products, food, African cosmetics, clothing etc. Definitely a great store and would recommend to all! :)

I've always found them really helpful. It's a family business & I've been coming here for years.
I've seen their girls so little helping out, now grown Into beautiful young women. I've never had them be rude to me at all. I'm surprised some people are saying the lady is rude.

What can I say about Optus Kilkenny staff can be quite rude at times sometimes sometimes it feels like they need more training and what they are doing and sometimes the Stars can do things but won't do them until customers when customers know there's a can do that more for them free upfront will make your store grow

Good customer care.

If you are going to run a business you need to work on your time management. If you say shop opens at 10am.. then OPEN at 10am. Not 2 hours later with little to no communication to your loyal customers. That would be appreciated.

Otherwise cannot fault you on your hair selection.
