My self and friends go to this valley girl because karolina gives us the best customer service ever. She is always giving us suggestions and helping us choose amazing clothes. Nothing is too much trouble always greats us with a smile and hello very friendly we will only purchase when she is working. She is a credit and asset to valley girl from happy customers

Worst customer service, have been in here with a client a couple of times and the attendant doesn’t even acknowledge us. This time she spent the whole time talking to a friend and didn’t acknowledge us or anyone else that walked in the shop. I’m not normally one to complain but i really felt compelled to report this

Super ruuuuude, treated me as a problem coz I wanted to try multiple clothes even though I hung them on a hanger, very cold person. Learn some manners it’s not that hard.

the manager was so nonchalant and rude. she was miserable and had an attitude for no reason. I’d also be miserable if I was working retail at her age. So rude for nothing 👎
