Smokemart & Giftbox Renmark

I have been shopping at Renmark Smokemart since I moved here just over 3 years ago. I have found all staff to be good at customer service. I would like mention Meghan as somebody who is always smiling, has a great memory for names and orders, and is a fun conversationalist.

Tracey and the girls are awesome, the shop over the last 6months has come a long way, it’s tidy and neat, has an awesome flow now! Well Done to Tracey the girl deserves some credit:)

The girl was on her knees scrubbing the floor for like an hour. Made the floors look good though. Give her a raise!

Smokemart is a interesting place to shop if you're looking for discount prices on cigarettes and lighters as well as a good range of novelties and giftware to name just a few. I go there at least once a fortnight and I find the staff to be warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the items they sell.

The staff Razz & Jess are always very friendly, polite and knowledgeable in regards to the required purchase. The friendly atmosphere is always a great experience.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, I've never had a bad experience there yet.

Very reliable legal smoke pedlar.

8am, and not open while claiming online they open at 7am.. no signage to state otherwise. Huge inconvenience when you are 30km or so away.

So after purchasing an item tried returning half HR later because the person we had purchased the item for already had one. The rude older lady had told us it's their policy no refunds. What a joke. Lost me as a customer.
