Brady Residential Real Estate property agent company is the best one in Melbourne. My property manager, Vicky Tang is very kind, highly organized and efficient.

I have faced so many other property managers these days. Most of them never give me feedback. Some of them keep changing their minds. Others have super poor quality of service, such as: never know anything about their properties, long time no responses, properties that are super dirty but passed the final inspection, and I don't really know why they are becoming property managers.

However, only Brady Residential Real Estate is different. They helped me rent a good property in the quickest way. Property is clean, price is reasonable, more than 200 pictures house condition report which covered everywhere of this property. Especially my property manager, Vicky Tang, she worked for me until 11 PM on checking my documents and chatting with the landlord during that period. She also helped me to connect electricity and water supply and provided me with so much convenience. That is why I have to give the highest score for this property agent company.

We have been very happy with the staff at Brady Residential since they have been managing our apartment since 2012.
They have been responsive and risen to the challenge when many appointments were necessary for maintenance and repairs, and acted on our behalf once at VCAT.
Stella has gone above and beyond, responding to emails at all hours and even personally cleaning the apartment when the need arose.

I have been renting from different rental agencies for the past 3 years. I have had to deal with my fair share of shady real estate agents and agencies. However, my experience in dealing with Brady Residential has been exceptional. I was renting through Julia Sharp. She was organised and on time during our appointments. She was friendly & helpful whenever we faced issues. Most importantly though, we felt she was transparent and trustworthy in all our dealings.

Edit : I have rented for a total of 8 years now. And Julia Sharp has been the best property manager I dealt with thus far. My recent encounters with other property managers in the suburbs have made me really appreciate the great service provided by Julia and her team.

I am being in Melbourne for 3 years. When I rental the unit, I always have a lot of stresses and struggles. However, I was so comfortable when I met her Christie Tam. She is the best property manager I have ever met. She is very perfect to take care of tenants very well. She knows what I want, and do the work very well and quick. She is the perfect manager. I will find her again if I need rental a unit again. very nice service.

We have had some issues with our shower and Stella had provide us with all the assistance we need in terms of getting the the shower repair. She is friendly yet professional and we are very comfortable dealing with her. For all the Landlords out there you can be assured if Stella looks after your property.

My experience with Brady Residential was superb because of one person, Stella Grivas. Stella went above and beyond on a regular basis to ensure my experience with Brady was positive. She would respond within the hour for queries, provide existing documents immediately, and assist with my relocation back to Perth. Past property managers had left a sour taste in my mouth, but Stella changed that.
