Honestly the most amazing experience you will ever have. Not only are the staff the nicest people you'll ever meet and incredible at all things flying trapeze, but they are the most supportive and encouraging people. No matter what your background they'll keep you safe physically and mentally, helping you achieve things you never thought possible all whilst having fun, getting fit and making new friends.

Absolutely anyone and I mean anyone can have a go and I promise it will be the best decision you ever make and one where you experience so much happiness. I'm already hooked and drive four hours just to fly again!

Something for everyone at Listo from beginner to advanced. Super friendly staff who guide you with their expertise and give you wings to fly! Great with kids and grown-ups who think they're still kids. 100% funnest place to be. Whhheeeeeeeeee!!!

Far out. Hands down best thing ever.

You don’t need to be a skilled gymnast or acrobat to try. I have the co-ordination of a concussed centipede and the flexibility of a brick and somehow the Listo crew still manage to get me flying through the air.

Jack, Mez and Mel are seriously brilliant instructors and make you feel safe and welcome. I was all “Did we just become best friends?” and they were all “No. You need to pay more for that.” But still, they’re friendly, make you feel comfortable and will definitely catch you in their loving arms. And by loving arms, I mean a harness.

If you’re interested in trying something new, getting out of your comfort zone and having fun, give it a go. If you have zero interest, are afraid of heights and don’t like fun, give it a go. If your name has a vowel in it, give it a go. This will honestly turn your life around (not in a metaphorical sense, more like a literal one because you’ll be hanging upside down).

If the business model is to make it so enjoyable that you are forced to keep coming back, then shut up and take my money because it’s working! Take a sick day so you can attend, class it as a mental health day. If your boss see’s any photo’s they’ll agree “Gee! Steve was right, he is mental. He may need to take the whole week off”. Et voila! You have more time to do fun things with your life.

I thought I’d be too old to try this. But I’ve actually heard that if you swing fast enough you can reverse the effects of ageing, as your wrinkles get pulled back from sheer gravitational force. I started off as a 30 year old and last week I got asked for ID at the supermarket. If anything I’m actually saving money on skincare routines.

WARNING: Super addictive and fun. Do not attempt if you don’t like: laughing, getting fit/healthy or making friends. Side effects may include: Becoming an absolute mad dog, uncontrollable smiling, general feeling of joy and contentment.

10/10 will fly again.

Listo trapeze is an amazing space to train. They offer a variety of classes & things to try including trapeze & aerials. If you haven't visited already make sure you give it a try. We will definitely come back to train here. Thanks Listo for welcoming us!

Great four day school holiday program. Kids loved the mix of juggling, tumbling, diablo, and of course flying trapeze and some silks and rope work thrown in. Kat and Jack very energetic and experienced instructors with lots of postive energy providing feedback to kids throughout. Highly recommend.

Listo trapeze is such a fun place to learn new skills you never thought you’d be able to try! The staff are very professional and very supportive of everyone! Fabulous confidence boosting and team building!

Such an amazing flying trapeze and aerial centre! Gorgeous outdoor rig and such a welcoming and friendly team. Couldn’t recommend it enough, I tried flying trapeze for the first time there with them and now I’m addicted. Thank you everyone at Listo! Can’t wait to be back soon!
