Very nice and knowledgeable people. And yes new vehicle was a little late but in turn will give first service for free that equates to 500. So that was nice. Service department is good too. A special thanks to Matthew who is one of the better car salesperson I have meet. Prices for vehicles are at least equal if not better than I could find . All in all good people and nice PR.

Bought a Mahindra XUV700 from Benny at Mahindra Mildura. The whole process was super easy over the phone. When we landed at Mildura, Benny was kind enough to pick us up from the airport at 8pm even after our flight was delayed and was more than happy to hand us over the car at 9pm. Never have I seen customer service of this level, if your looking for the best service definitely ask for Benny. The Mahindra is a fantastic car, best bang for your buck in the current market.

On our trip from the Flinders Ranges to Sydney the water pump in our V6 Amarok started to leak worse and worse each day. So we took a detour to Mildura to find a VW Dealer. Mildura Motor Holdings found and ordered the part and booked us in for repairs and a service the day after we arrived. Finding out that our Caravan was on the other side of town, Doug provided a loan car so we could turn the setback to our advantage and enjoy Mildura for the weekend. The car came back earlier than expected, fixed and clean so we could continue our journey. Thank you so much for looking after us out-of-towners.

Politely and with a smile listened to my concerns, then gave real consideration to the issues, and offered a fair solution.

At this time, our lives were under considerable stress (family wedding, illness, etc) MMH made sure we had loan cars suitable for the needs at that time. In addition the solution they offered made provision for our circumstances, but more importantly accounted for some logistic and workshop errors ( they identified these without excuses)

I was impressed with their honesty, and the value they put on my customer loyalty.

From my experience they do put customer service as a priority, and do their recognise and make good (with honesty) anything they could've improved.

I was looking at buying a SUV from Mitsubishi but wasn't sure which one I wanted or needed. Vj helped by giving the comparisons on the few different models and narrowing it down to the outlander. Early May I was looking for a new MG ZS EV and couldn't get one in W.A.. As I called interstate, Mildura Motors with David and later Jason Harding in charge, and they had one for me, for same price as in W.A., including transport to Perth. Having had to pay the full amount upfront, I was a bit nervous if all goes well. But these people were absolutely correct and professional, always immediately available on the phone, organized the transport with a very professional company. Same month I had a wonderful EV at my door, odometer reading exactly as in contract fully charged, cleaned, no scratches, all good. Great company and I am very glad having come across them.! Thanks.
