Port Vincent Water Tower

I was there yesterday for a work delivery. I have never been to Pt. Vincent before and I must say, what a beautiful clean place with the fresh sea breeze.
It's a small town with very friendly locals that waved and cared.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is literally the best water storage unit I have ever had the pleasure of laying eyes on. The way that the curves of the metal perfectly complement each other accentuates the natural beauty of the stunning landscape.

A must do on the York Peninsular. There are 5 all up. Follow the route to see. Very impressive.

Competed the Yorke Peninsula art trail. Pt Vincent was the first of the tanks.

Just a shame you can't walk closer around it. Access needs to be made to the public. Only have people Saturday and Sunday 10.30am. Doesn't suit the tourist.

Amazing trail with storyboards and fairy garden for the kids. Well worth a visit.

Such a shame that there was works of some kind under way. The tower doesn’t lend itself to close up views like many of the others being fenced off & you can’t see all the way around as it is private property. But you can look to make appointments with volunteers (see photo attached) access open on Sat& Sun according to the sign. Hoping these future works include better access around the tower. Otherwise this amazing work conducted by these artists are a little pointless.

The Water Tower Mural is fantastic, but access to see all angles is restricted - such a shame.
Guided tours only run on weekends ???

Great that guided tours are available on weekends.
Otherwise disappointing that it is not completely visible all round the tower.
