Pine Point Caravan Park,Camping & Kiosk

We didn't stay here. Went into the office to ask for assistance. Kathleen was awesome she assisted us above and beyond to find some last minute accomodation with our camper trailer. Friendly service and smile helped take the stress out of what was an extremely stressful day. This was the type of customer service that is not seen or experienced anymore. Thank you Kathleen. 😊 highly recommend a trip to pine point and stay with Kathleen experience true customer service.

Great place to stay. Yvette and Gavin keep the park neat and very clean. A credit to them. The kiosk has an amazing choice of items and also great food. The crab cooking facilities are an added bonus. Will definitely be on our list of favourite parks.

Brilliant little park and has all of the facilities and amenities that you would want. Built on an old school site with the old buildings still very much in tact. My wife and I are very impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Now that the Pine Point general store has closed the Caravan Park store has stood up and taken over. Done a pretty darn good job of it. Has all the basics you need at reasonable prices and saves half an hour going up to Ardrossan and back.

...and things only improve! Latest trip we tried out the burgers and they were excellent!
But the special win is that they now stock the local "Watsacowie" boutique brewery beers and ciders. Awesome 👍

Nice caravan park with a friendly general store.

The owners of this park will make you feel so welcome you won't want to leave. The facilities are super clean and it is peaceful and quiet . Yvette and Gavin will do anything to make sure your stay is comfortable and fun..... they have get togethers at the rookery and Yvette brings snacks you sit and have lots of laughs with your new friends you have made here... come for a weekend you could stay a few months if not you will be sure to return ....

Excellent place to stay. Caravan was in good condition, clean and enjoyable to stay in. Well stocked kiosk on-site that does take away and has plenty of food and toiletries and alcohol. Showers nice and hot. Toilets clean. Close to Ardrossan, Port Vincent and Stansbury with Edithburgh only 45 mins away. Owners are nice and friendly and very helpful. Recommended!

Awesome place went to get gas for bbq always friendly service and reasonable prices . Have been to caravan park but looks nice .

The owners were absolutely lovely and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The facilities were clean, neat and tidy and just what you need for a relaxing stay. Will definitely return when I'm in the area again.

Nice Place to visit Fair Price Accommodation Very Clean And Tidy .Forgot to pack the crab rake but Gavin has crab rakes tubs crab cooking facilities. Fish filleting facilities..Highly Recommended.

This place is awesome for a small store. They are licensed to sell alcohol a d make cakes and takeaway foods. The place has everything you would need

Always stop here on the way through. Food is great with wonderful service. Has some groceries and fishing stuff too

We absolutely love this place.We started coming here 5 yrs ago as we are on the road full time.It is a place that keeps drawing you back.Quiet park with very clean amenities. Gavin & Yvette are the most friendliest and helpfull people.You can catch blue swimmer crabs,squid & fish here.It also has the best camp kitchen in Australia in my opinion.There are onsight caravans aswell as powered sights.We call Pine Point Caravan Park home now.We will have a place in our heart for this place always.

Friendly staff and great food here, especially the egg and bacon rolls. A great little shop that has way more than I expected

Our favourite family holiday for 28th year
4 generations of our family have now enjoyed the piney caravan park.so many changes from a bare ground to the wonderful and historic park we enjoy now.We met Gavin and Yevette may years ago when they had an onsite van themselves, they have always been kind helpful and can never do enough for you. We have stayed in nearly every van and site on the site and have never had any issues that couldn't be rectified. We have stayed in every weather imaginable,2 of the biggest storms to hit the place but with early waning battening down tha hatches lol found s new adventure dried off our gear in the ample areas in the buildings and tussled up a feed of crab and a cold beer. In closing beautiful place ,beautiful beach awesome park , wonderfully fitted out need to bring very little, and best of all professionally run by the nicest people you will meet ,Gav and Yevette

We have stayed at the pine point caravan park on many occasions and found the owners gav and Yvette
To be most obliging and helpful, and run a very tidy and clean park and onsite vans,
We were there this Xmas and all park people were invited and given a beautiful Xmas lunch at no cost
Which included the lady in the last post (3 adults and 2 children), there was no complaints from them
That day.
We never had rain on Xmas night, but we did survive that super storm that went which I might add was pretty frightening, but it was no fault of the owners, most of s a was affected by it.
I think her posting those comments were totally wrong and all the other campers agree
A lot of their people in Sth Aus would've had more damage .

really friendly staff let us use the park washing machines. got some much needed supplies from the front shop.

The owners were very nice and friendly and the facilities in the caravan park were very nice and clean also. All in all a great place and I would definitely recommend it 😄

Great little get away that always gives you friendly service as well as having the cleanest amenities, only down full they never give you there fishing spots lol

Our stay over Christmas was hassle free and Gavin & Yvette made us very welcome
The facilities were clean and the park was quiet which suited us fine
We will certainly stay again
