Our service here was good. We were after some work footwear for retail, of which they have a decent range of comfortable offerings. They didn't have the right size so the attendant got onto the computer and found another Betts shop which had what we were after. There's always just one staff in here so I will feel sorry for them if it gets busy!

Walked in and saw the manager be rude to an employee. Absolutely not the right way to treat a worker!

Worst customer service.
I walked in the shop as I saw a pair of shoes that I thought would really suit my dress. I asked the lady working there if I could have a size 10 and she looked down on my feet and told me that they would not fit as my feet are quite wide. She also told me that I should go to a special shop that does fitting for wider feet.
That is the first time that I have been discriminated based on the size of my feet. She did not even bring me the size I asked to at least try it on. This was really appalling and I am not going to go back there. That is not the way you should behave to a customer that wants to potentially buy your products!!!

Worst customer Service, Betts should really work on who they hire If they want to stop losing customers, especially the piece of work on shift 11/4/21, clearly has no desire or skills for the retail industry. I'll go elsewhere !

Appalling customer service. When are they going to understand that if you don't give quality service customers will go elsewhere as I did or customers will buy online. It's pretty simple people.

BETTS is one place I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER step into EVER again, even if it was the last shoe shop in the GALAXY...............
Zero customer service, very unfriendly, useless staff and I'm really wondering why and very surprised they're still open.😣

Worst quality shoes and customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid the Betts brand at all costs and shop Windsor Smith.
