We purchased a gorgeous little upright piano for our grandson from Hip Kids for a Christmas present. It is a great success, the perfect introduction to music for a little one. Unfortunately the music book which came with it was misplaced. Not to worry though. A quick text message to them and in no time at all a replacement book was on its way. So helpful and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with this company! I ordered an item one night and quickly changed my mind within seconds after seeing another product of theirs. I ordered the preferred item straight away - then emailed to request the refund of the original. I woke up to an email from Kathy to confirm my refund had already been processed - and this was all within the Christmas period mind you! Ordered a kid's table from Hipkids recently. It was so easy to order online. Pickup was seamless;parked outside the shop and the lovely staff popped it in the car boot for me. What a lovely store too. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good quality kid's toys and furniture 😊

Love this. And so does our son! Brought for his 2nd birthday and he wants to take it everywhere. What’s even better are the directions for assembly. Our 13 year old daughter put it together all by herself with no assistance. Oh if tightening up the screws count, that’s all we had to do. Highly recommend

We love the beautiful and well made toys from HipKids, and appreciate their kind and attentive customer service. Our 6 year old and 2 year old were enchanted with the white teepee for Christmas, and we recently purchased the gourmet toy kitchen, with a few of the pretend food sets, for our daughter’s birthday. Cue a delighted toddler on her birthday morning and hours of fun “cooking” with her big brother. And it looks pretty good in our kitchen-diner!

Purchased a kids beanbag from Hip Kids and it is the best! Strong yet soft and comfortable. Love that it has a separate inner bag so that the cover can be removed for easy cleaning. Great beanbag. Love it!

Bought the vintage style trybike with helmet and basket. Couldn't be happier with the products, such great quality, easy to put together and a free gift, the ball ramp thing, my son loves it. It was all sent in great timing, only issue was the delivery, the helmet and basket came first, a week later the ball game then a few days later for the bike. The postal service said it was considered a big package so they had to split it up, the delivery driver was confused why it was all separately sent
