Very impressed with this company. We recently had a warranty claim and they were excellent in sending out a new part and communicating promptly. Very professional company.

I had reason to contact Hansgrohe (by phone and in person) at their Hawthorn East office. Fantastic customer service - understanding, helpful and went out of their way to assist. Very grateful for this amazing customer experience. (The products are great too)

The best of German quality and design in your home

Purchased a kitchen mixer tap, about $800 from E&S trading. Within 5 months the paint was peeling of in flakes from the spray attachment, next the whole attachment broke off.
After multiple (6) calls to E&S ,a rep from Hansgrohe finally contacted myself, and said they would check with Germany b4 they would be able to assist. and again they have not been in touch.
I GIVE UP,
Please avoid this brand and save yourself the disappointment.
