Apartment was nice, good location for our needs that day. Difficulty in finding the exact apartment building due to mixed up communications with the booking staff

This is what I'd term ideal for the budget concious&with children..

I booked the South Melbourne apartment for 5 adults. In the apartment description, a sofa bed was mentioned.
When we late checked in on our own, we were pleased to find excellent facilities: a car spot, swimming pool, gym, BBQ rooftop... but when we arrived in the apartment, we realized there was no extra bed at all: no sofa bed or no extra mattress whereas we were charged for it! We had no idea where the fifth adult would sleep.
There is not enough cutlery for 5 persons either.. besides, we found holes on the wall and floors. One of the roller blinds was completely ripped off. And what is more, we have no access to the facilities because they are reserved to the people who live here permanently.
Extremely disappointing.

Recently stayed with my family in south Melb apartments Albert road.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment.
I can not believe how disgustingly dirty this apartment was. The floor was filthy to the point our socks were completely black on the bottom within an hour of being there! There was no doona cover on the stained yellow doona, just a sheet on top. To make things worse, one of the beds had hairs all through it. windows absolutely filthy.
This place was so unhygienic especially with us having small children there. Tried to contact staff but of course they didn't answer phones! Terrible experience. Very disappointing.

Pure awfulness! We showed up at their reception office and no one was there. Had to wait 45 mins to get the keys to check in. When we finally got checked in, the place hadn’t been properly cleaned and there was a tonne of maintenance issues. The stove and oven was so greasy it set off the smoke detector when we turned it on. Body fluids on the wall, the carpet was filthy and needed to be steam cleaned and wasn’t vacuumed. We had organized parking but when we went in the parkade, there were already people parked in the stalls we were allocated. Had to call the office and get new parking spot assigned. Emailed management twice and got a response that the manager would stop by but no one ever showed. The floor tiles in the bathroom shower stalls are lifting from the grout in both showers... I’m surprised there hasn’t been a flood yet to the neighbors below. It’s a shame because the place would have been nice had it been properly maintained. I’d be embarrassed to rent a property like this to someone. Lack of response from management showed how much care they really provide for this property. Never again will I stay at a property managed by these guys!! See the pictures for what they consider to be their “standard” of maintenance.

Never go here! It was filthy. Had to wait 30mins for staff and then it was only the cleaner who came to give me the keys, which I then found out didn't have the security fob. Had to wait again and they changed the building we stayed in, which the room had been poorly cleaned and there was still old food in the fridge and oily grime running down the kitchen cupboards.
